Return Policy

We carry the highest quality plush products available. We appreciate your business.

Every product that you purchase from PlushZone.com must be free of defects, or you may return it immediately to PlushZone.com for a prompt exchange, refund or credit. Follow this link to contact customer service Contact Us. Please include daytime telephone number. We will contact you within 48 hours, but usually within 12 hours.

PlushZone.com will replace or refund the purchase price of any damaged item, provided the customer notifies us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged item, and follows the specific insurance claim procedure of the respective carrier and PlushZone.com. This typically includes pick-up and inspection of the item and all original packing materials by the carrier, return of damaged item to us, and filing of claim paperwork. PlushZone.com will replace the item or refund the purchase price to the customer prior to PlushZone.com being reimbursed by the carrier, if the customer follows the specific procedures provided by PlushZone.com at the time of notification of receipt of damaged merchandise.

Returning merchandise directly to PlushZone.com without pre-authorization voids any refund or replacement. In most cases, PlushZone will credit the customer's credit card for the amount of the purchase. If an authorized return is found not to be defective, a restocking fee of not less than 25% of the purchase price will be deducted from any refund. If non-defective merchandise is returned, and found to be used, and not in resalable condition, no refund will be issued. Shipping costs regarding for non-defective returned purchases are incurred by the customer and are not refundable.

All merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in excellent condition.
